In numerology, 33 represents the bridge between a vision and its physical reality.
The 33 Days to...Series is a 12-book journey designed to guide you through the specific blocks that keep you stuck. Each of the first 11 books tackles a different area of self-growth allowing you to go “all-in” on one struggle at a time.
The final book in the series, 33 Days to Self-Actualization, acts as the capstone. It provides a high-level overview of the previous 11 books and shows you how the integration of those lessons leads to becoming fully self-actualized.

How to Navigate the Series
You have the freedom to move through this series in whatever way serves your growth.
Targeted Help: You can pick up any book in the series in any order that feels right for your path.
The Annual Challenge: As a series, these books are designed to be a year-long transformation. By committing to one book each month, the first 11 books will take you through a full calendar year of growth. You can then use the 12th book to cap off your year, celebrating the work you’ve done and integrating everything you’ve unlearned and rebuilt.
The Experience (Sample from Book 1: 33 Days to Courageous Confidence)
As you walk through each day, you will be transported into a specific moment in time—a scene where courageous confidence is required. My role is to guide you out of the paralyzing feelings of that moment and into the reality of what is actually happening around you. I will help you look through a wider lens to find the clarity you need to navigate any situation with ease.
The Work
Once you have experienced that moment, you will be challenged to reflect and reframe. This is done through three simple reflection questions designed to reveal how these blocks are manifesting in your own life. These are followed by three specific challenges where you will actively reframe your old scripts into courageously confident actions.
The Result
Each daily lesson is short enough to ensure you can engage with it consistently, but profound enough that if you follow the guidance for all 33 days, you will close this book with a calm sense of self-trust. You will finally believe in your own ability to take bold, courageous steps in every area of your life.
