Ingredients:

Big Mac Wrap Ingredients:

  • Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • Crispy Potatoes:

  • 1 lb small potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Burgers:

  • 4 frozen burger patties

  • 4 slices American cheese (or your choice of cheese)

  • Wrap Assembly:

  • 4 large tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 12 pickle slices

  • Prepared Big Mac sauce

  • Crispy potatoes

  • Grilled burger patties with melted cheese

Instructions:

1. Make the Big Mac Sauce:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Crispy Potatoes:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Slice and Season: Slice the small potatoes into thin rounds. Toss them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. Bake: Spread the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

3. Cook the Burgers:

  1. Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Grill Patties: Place the frozen burger patties on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.

  3. Add Cheese: In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheese on each burger patty and allow it to melt. Remove from the grill once the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked.

4. Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Prepare Tortillas: Lay out the large tortillas on a clean surface.

  2. Spread Sauce: Spread a generous amount of the prepared Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.

  3. Layer Ingredients: On each tortilla, add a layer of shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of diced onions, 3 pickle slices, a handful of crispy potatoes, and one grilled burger patty with melted cheese.

  4. Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the fillings, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.

5. Taste Test and Enjoy:

  1. Cut and Serve: Slice the wraps in half for easier handling and a better presentation. Serve immediately.

  2. Enjoy: Enjoy your delicious, homemade Big Mac Wraps and decide whether Marist's or Andrew's version is your favorite!
