đ¨âđł Ingredients:
For the Sauce:
1 lb Grass-Fed Ground Beef
1 (28 oz)Â can San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
16 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp Corn Starch for thickening (or simmer to reduce sauce)
Kinders "The Blend" seasoning, to taste
Italian Seasoning Blend, to taste
For the Pasta:
1 lb Organic Spaghetti Noodles
Garnishes:
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 cups Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sauce
Cook the Ground Beef:In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks. Season with the Kinders "The Blend" seasoning. Once cooked, drain any excess fat if necessary.
SautĂŠ the Vegetables: Add half of the minced garlic and all of the sliced Baby Bella mushrooms to the skillet with the beef. SautĂŠ for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms soften and release their juices.
Blend the Tomatoes:In a blender, combine the San Marzano tomatoes, garlic powder, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth.
SautĂŠ Garlic and Build the Sauce: In a separate sauce pan, add the butter to and melt it over medium heat. Add the remaining minced garlic and sautĂŠ until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour the blended tomato mixture into the pan.
Season and Simmer: Add Italian seasoning and salt to taste. Stir well to combine. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to meld.
Combine and Taste: Combine the meat mixture and sauce mixture. Add additional garlic powder, salt, or italian seasoning to taste. To speed up thickening in the case of not being able to wait to fully reduce, add the corn starch.
2. Cook the Spaghetti
Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the organic spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes). Drain the pasta and set it aside.
3. Combine and Serve
Plate the Pasta: Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the pasta bowl/plate, and top with desired amount of sauce.
Garnish: Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Tips for Success
Use High-Quality Ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan make all the difference in flavor.
Customize the Seasoning: Adjust the amount of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Kinderâs blend to suit your taste.
Simmer for Depth: Letting the sauce simmer allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
